I've got to say I really enjoyed your approach. From the research I've seen interval training is definitely effective for cardio, but more important is what you mentioned about sustainability. The only way people can enjoy the benefits of this training is if they have the consistency and satisfaction in what they're doing first. I apply this with my clients, but it's something for everyone to live by. Well Done Christie!
